First Annual National Ushers' Conference

The inaugural National Ushers’ Conference, hosted by Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Mitchell Adger, with workshops, practical training and fellowship for ushers and usher board leaders across the fellowship. Theme: “Ushering with a Mission: Bringing Glory to God” (Matthew 5:14–16). Convened under NBCA President Rev. Dr. Samuel C. Tolbert, Jr., with Dr. Darwan Lazard, Vice President and Auxiliary Advisor, and Sister Adrian Haynes, National Ushers President.
